I like to use the Aussie 3-Minute Miracle Moist Deep Conditioning Treatment. I like Cantu for kids. Even Aussie has a kids line and theirs is good as well. You want to protect it, so kid shampoo is actually better , believe it or not. I actually use kid shampoo and conditioner now because it's just so gentle for your hair and when your hair is colored. I like the hair when it has movement." - wash my hair every Sunday. I try to not put a lot of spray and stuff that makes your hair thicker. I hate dry shampoo because it feels dirty. If feels heavy I don't like it. I try not to put oils or products with alcohol because they take the color away faster and I like the color to be very intense, electric. I hold it with a clip and I wash the blue because the blue of course is darker than the green, and if I wash together part of the green gets to the blue. I wash it like normal- I just divide it into parts because I have green. Now that I have short hair, it gets dirtier faster. It's really nice because it's for hair and it maintains the color and doesn't make your hair dirty. I use the red line they have: the shampoo, the mask, and the heat protector. I wash it like every two days, at least, but I try to go to salons to get those Keratin treatments and I also cut it every month so it's always healthy. It looks really healthy because I have quite a bit of hair. I've been blond, pink, purple, blue, orange, red, then back to blue. I dye every month. At the moment, I am taking a break from bleach altogether- I've been super into having dark roots that fade down into a light blue/turquoise shade." - have been coloring my hair since three years ago. These are products you add to your bleach mixture they are protein bond builders. Super-porous hair does not hold onto color well at all it will simply wash out quickly or hardly stick at all! So to maintain the health of my hair, I will not have it bleached without Olaplex or Formula 18. I also like to maintain the health of my hair as much as possible before stepping into the fried-hair zone. Don't sleep with your hair in a bun or ponytail at night- it will pull out your fragile hair! This all helps to keep the color fresh. Save extra color from your coloring for touch-ups! Don't condition your hair before you color it. I do also use tons of dry shampoo. I only wash my hair once a week (typically) and I do use cold water. I also use sulfate-free shampoo, I use UV color protection spray (yes, the sun fades color!), and last but not least I add some of my to my conditioner and shampoo to keep it bright. So that's one way I'm able to keep my color fresher for longer. In addition to being a semiperm color, because of the deep-conditioning base, it really helps to moisturize your hair while it sits in your hair. We spent two years of R&D creating the best base and color we could. So my husband and I decided to create our own semiperm color line, Arctic Fox Hair Color. I always had a hard time maintaining semipermanent colors- these are all the rainbow colors you see. "I've been dyeing my hair for so long! The first time I 'dyed' my hair, it was with Kool-Aid, and I was about 15.
